DELTA MAX was engaged to analyze and provide a collaborative, vendor supply chain link and automatic liaison site using the most modern data base collaboration tools and techniques. Interestingly, while this company could well have performed much if not all of this study themselves internally, their business volumes and respect for Delta Max's Prime Contractor relationship suggested that an external company might be most cost-effective for them.

DELTA MAX Creates Collaborative Supply Chain Link using Lotus Notes

DELTA MAX studied the existing vendor connections, assessed the company structure and policies for collaborative data and knowledge sharing, and evaluated various approaches to integrating vendor access to sensitive data files inside the company's firewall.

The technical solution platform chosen was Lotus Notes, and a detailed executive presentation and project plan resulted in the company implementing this new capability within all of its multiple divisions and products.

Many new sales and consulting opportunities surfaced and were performed as a result of this Study and its conclusions.
