DELTA MAX was engaged to analyze and recommend a suitable E-Commerce system strategy and collaborative platform development schema for an electronics parts and products distributor. This small company had a wonderful reputation with its customers and were premiere in their field. However, recent inroads by competitors and looming E-Commerce sites from these competitors caused the company to consider integrating E-Commerce into their overall business model. Further, they had already contracted with a limited outside the company partly-integrated E-Commerce hosting facility and were experiencing less than the desired results.

DELTA MAX Provides Integrated E-Commerce Solution Design

DELTA MAX reviewed the capabilities and limitations of the existing partial E-Commerce system integration plus the company's new product graphic design center systems and procedures, and created an Integrated computer facility to provide all functions simultaneously, and at very low cost. The system design maintained the integrity of their existing field sales relationships and multiple product and branding philosophies, plus integrated into their existing batch-processing computer system in an easy fashion.
