We are a Consulting Company with both Business/Organization and Technological expertise, and normally work with Presidents and CXO's, keeping their perspectives always in mind.
Our clients use us to define and organize the problems, issues, and challenges of an organization as seen from the viewpoint of the President or CEO.
These Problems, Issues, and Challenges involve more than Technology, and must be clearly structured before meaningful Solutions can be deployed effectively.
We don't represent any hardware, software or other IT vendor companies, and are not compensated in any way by those or other companies.
At your direction, we'll use vendor and VAR companies to implement our IT and other recommendations based on our evaluation of their capability of addressing the Problems and Issues we discover.
Or, you can choose the Solution Providers yourself, or with our project management or that of your own people. Your call.
Our Consultants have both heavy Business and Organization expertise and experience, as well as very strong technological skills, experience and perspective.
